All on the First Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: Smart TV, Sofa Bed (Double) Dining area. Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Dishwasher Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Smart TV Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Grounds. Children’s play area (shared with other properties on-site). Gym (shared with other properties on-site). Indoor heated (shared with other properties on-site, 20m x 8m, depth 1m x 1.2m, ) with jacuzzi section, shower facilities and changing facilities. 1 small dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times. Family days out include Sewerby Hall and Gardens, Sledmere House, Filey Brigg and Bridlington Wildlife Park.
