“Decent place to stay for travel ”

“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. Very simple breakfast, some food are empty but didn't promptly filled. 4. Next to the Peña station,……

“Very very neat and clean room and especially the waterpark which made my kids very very happy! ! !”

“The front desk staff was efficient and helpful. The flowers around the property were lovely. (Below, is the gorgeous rose bush.) Breakfast buffet was good and nice to offset spending on meals. This location is very convenient to the airport. (A 9 minute drive). Would definitely stay here again. ”

“The property is well kept and convenient to the airport. There were two stands outs and they were both staff. Maria saved the day with her quick response to a potential problem and another gentleman who worked the night shift who made sure to have the answers to my many questions. This hotel is one that I will go back to again and I would recommend to my family and friends.”
