"The staff there are such amazing people! However, this property is in need of some major renovations, with issues such as clogged shower drainage, the shower head falling off the holder on its own, clogged sinks, and many others. I can overlook all the various issues in the suite regarding condition and cleanliness but the bathroom plumbing issues made it difficult to stay there. The location is amazing. Would have liked to come back and change my review if they renovate."

"Place needs a good cleaning especially the bathroom cupboard full of mould. Curtains filthy. Door glass all hand marks. Door handle in the bedroom came off. Sewer smell as soon as you enter the building and also from bathroom. The only good thing was the location and view. "

"Rooms were very nice to stay in,Very clean apartment and bathroom was lovely too . However, there was an issue with our key card and no one was at reception to help us so we had to do it ourselves with the help of Bertan, which we are grateful for but there should have been someone downstairs at reception."
