“The stay was great based off the location, staff, included breakfast and coffee bar alone. The rooms are a bit outdated, in need of some TLC, and better mattresses but overall we were happy with our stay and would recommend it if you plan to mostly be out and about like we were.”

“Great location. Host is always here to help.”

“Booked the hotel because it had a pool to only find it wasn’t in use. Bar wasn’t open either. Coffee in room was not good . Coffee and powdered milk together made it separate. Hotel room was fantastic and had great views over the Bosporus. Great location near Taksim square and shopping area.Breakfast was plentiful and a good varied choice Turkish style.”

“There was no heat. They gave us a heater for one room but the room still took many hours before it was comfortable enough to sleep in. If you put in the address in uber, it will drop you off behind the building and it's almost a mile walk to get to the front door. They sent somebody to open door for us and eventually we got in through the back door. ”

“But there is no table for work. When the time went to evening and night, there was quite noisy for people walking on the streets even midnight.”

“Close to taksim, room is ok, staff very friendly.”

“The staff is no doubt passionate and friendly. The room is worth every penny. But the only little drawback is that encountered power shortage a few times in one night during my stays. Overall it still worth 5 stars.”

“This hotel has everything! Cigar bar- nice restaurants-hairdresser-rooftop 👌”

“The location of the hotel is good. It is close to the restaurants and Galataport. But, it is in an area for party, which music can be heard till at least 1230am during our three nights of stay. The size of the room is good, but as a double room, it only has one makeup chair for people to sit. It lacks useable furniture to improve the staying experience. The staff are generally friendly, but cleaning should be strengthened. We found tiny rubbish at the corner of the room. The shower was also……
