Did not want road bicycle in room until we insisted. (Bags were attached) Room and bathroom were not very clean, room smelled very bad, ac not working the greatest, hairdryer did not work, desk manager was nice but felt we were being watched on every move in & out of the room. Used the washer & was questioned what we were washing (lightweight cycling clothing). Probably will not be back.

We were satisfied with our two day stay. The motel was, I would consider a fair condition and it was better than other motels in the the city. If we were to return to Upper Sandusky we would probably choose the same Royalston suite where we stayed before.

Don't judge a book by it's cover. This place doesn't look like a winner from the outside. However, inside the rooms/linens were clean. The AC worked, I froze because I turned it down so low, and they didn't have the usual big, heavy, down fille comforter on the bed. The shower functioned just fine, good water pressure, and drained appropriately, no standing water. On the outside - weeds everywhere, some taller than 4 feet. Canvas chairs set up outside and crushed beer cans all over the place and some strange fuzzy black stuff on the ground. I smelled nasty skunk weed when we walked into the hallway, but thankfully it didn't infiltrate our room. The room/hotel served it's purpose for us perfectly fine. But the owner could take a little more respect of their property and make it look a tiny bit nicer outside. A simple weed eater and maybe some weed killer would do some magic here.

Very nice staff. Disappointing that they only offer coffee or tea that you make in your room with your typical yucky coffee maker that they supply. If it wasn't for that I would give them 5 Stars. For my needs, forget the pool and use those $$ to offer breakfast and fresh coffee.

The towels were hard and scratchy, way over starched. Our shower filled up with water in the tub and our tv only had 1 channel. Other than those things, the kady running the place was very nice and accomidating. The property was well kept and clean.

It had a pool, but we didn't use it. Location was convenient to funeral. Older motel, needs alot of attention in rooms. Cracked sink, rug needs to be replaced and side chair needs replacing. Too tired to care. Just was careful.

The room was dirty hasnt been dusted in a while. Ac/heater was dirty, shower had mold on walls . There was somthing on the wall by the light .not sure what it was . Needed a extermely deep clean

we only stayed on night and both of us woke up with rashes on arms and legs (too much bleach in sheets?)I dropped something behind night stand and when I pulled and it out some, it was filthy with trash,old food wrappers and what looked like mold on the wall. WE CHECKED OUT and got no refund, they say you have to refund us!

I love that it’s locally owned and operated. Please clean the floors. There are too many dead and crumbling insects in the vending/exit area. Definitely need footwear in the room as the floor wasn’t vacuumed. Please address the outdoor sign as well. It promotes amenities no longer available. We wholeheartedly want to support you.

Arrived in room and it was very very dirty. Head boards full of dust, Tv full of dust, cobwebs , paint peeling off walls, and a very dirty phone, just to mention some. Informed front desk of situation. No other room available on parking side. Left the Hotel and arrived back at room late. No attempt at all to at least dust the room. Been here numerous times this year. Will not be back. I'll go to Bucyrus, Ohio instead.
