This house was perfect for our family of five. Kitchen was huge and had everything you’d need. Our three boys absolutely loved the foosball table, Xbox, basketball hoop and volleyball court.

Fantastic property for our family of 7 ski trip. Clean, spacious, and great location in Fort Valley, just outside of Flagstaff. The trip into town and the trip up to Snowbowl are comparably easy and convenient. Great communication with a gracious host. Well appointed kitchen for those who like to cook. Comfy furniture and beds. Would definitely rent again.NOTE: The small house next to the main house was rented to some other folks for at least part of the time that we were there — no issues whatsoever. The property is plenty large and plenty private for both houses to be rented by different groups without crimping the mountain get-away vibe.Bottom line — Excellent property. Excellent host.

Everything was absolutely fantastic! Great views from a clean house that’s very open and perfect for kids. Mason even had a heater delivered to us during our stay for a room that was a little chilly. Book this house for sure!!

The house was even better than it seems online! It was perfect for my family and I (including my two big dogs) for the week of my wedding. The neighborhood was quiet, the weather was lovely, and the guest house was perfect to give my new husband, our pups, and I some much needed space to decompress from the festivities. Each house was fully equipped with anything we’d need and the two driveway entrances were great when our vehicles were full so we did not have to back up. I would easily book this space again whenever we’re back in Flagstaff!

The house is nice and the location is beautiful - views for days. However, the smoke detector in the kitchen is way too sensitive. We put bread in the toaster, went off. We cooked bacon, went off. It was a little ridiculous. Other than that the house and location were great. Would recommend.

Great property-- nice and roomy, and in a great location at the foot of the mountain. The kitchen was well set up and easy to work in. The living room was spacious and the beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. We had fun with the volleyball court and s'mores station, and the parking was very adequate. Checkin and communication were super. One small disappointment was that the telescope had a broken part, so we were unable to use it. But the night sky was magnificent anyway. And the foosball got a lot of use. We'd very happily stay here again.

My family had a wonderful time visiting this home in Flagstaff. The house was clean and very spacious. It sits in a serene neighborhood with amazing views. We had fun playing volleyball and basketball in the pines. The house is located about 15-20 minutes from lots of restaurants and shopping! So you get the best of both worlds. The property is not fenced so keep that in mind if traveling with pets. We brought a small gate to keep our dogs enclosed. Other than that the views were beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great getaway spot

We rented this home last minute to get out of the Phoenix heat. It was perfect for a short trip. Home was very clean, great communication and exactly as listed. Location was convenient to Flagstaff and also quiet enough to relax and enjoy the cool evening air. We’d def stay again.

Excellent Family Gathering Spot

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home. The amenities were excellent as we celebrated out daughter's college graduation. Great access to Snowball and hiking/walking trails. I highly recommend this property.

Cozy couches great view

Beautiful property. Very cozy couches, incredible view. Convenient to downtown and hiking. Well stocked, great fridge. Had two beds in each room (except master) which is nice for families with lots of kids. Foosball table was excellent! The bunk beds were near garage and tucked away so if you have super littles you probably won't want them there but lots of other choices. Great stay. Recommended.

Beautiful

The location is beautiful and we got to see elk, deer, coyotes, and owls. Internet is dial up speed so it wasnt suitable for work and we wish we knew the guest house was rented out (the other guests approached us thinking we owned the property). Dont let that sway you. This location is perfect and close to everything outdoors.

Beautiful views and awesome space for family

The space was just awesome for a big family - sleeping arrangements were easy here. The house has a great layout. It was a huge benefit to be able to park in the garage seeing as how it was quite cold. The views from the house are incredible! I was also really grateful they had a toy monster truck on one of the shelves - my toddler loves monster trucks and played with it for hours!! It's the little things! Would definitely (and will if we come back to Snowbowl) stay here again.

Perfect For Our Family

This place was perfect for our family. We had kids from 2-17 years old and family in from 3 states. The open floor plan was great to be able to watch the kids and enjoy conversation. The location to the ski resort was ideal. The hosts were very responsive to any concern and did their best to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We would stay again if visiting the area!

Great family stay

This is a beautiful house and very close to Snowbowl. We had a family group and the addition of the guest house gave everyone plenty of room and privacy. There is no central cold air for summer but there are cooling units in each bedroom. It worked fine for us in August. We did trips to Grand Canyon, Snowbowl lift, and Lowell Observatory. Great location! The amenities are plentiful, drawers labeled, and everything is thoughtfully done and well supplied! Great stay.

Amazing house, recently upgraded and plenty of space. Huge lot and mostly fenced which was great for the dogs. Best place to stay for ski trip as it was literally a 60second drive to snowbowl road. Nothing bad to say. Will definitely try to stay here again
