Well suited for my hfamily including children. The available racketball court, pool table, basketball, table tennis were all a plus and kept my 5 grandchildren happy and busy. The large deck was perfect for morning coffee and dining. The view was wonderful. We saw deer running and playing in the late afternoon. It was close to shopping, restaurants and National sites visited, Walnut Canyon and Sunset crater among others. The double washer and dryer was a bonus for my large group.

Sunset Ranch Review

My family, 5 adults and two small dogs, stayed at Sunset Ranch for 3 nights. It was a great little getaway. The home is very private in the back and the deck is nice and large with views all around. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Amazing Family Time!

We had a wonderful time here! Beautiful views, we all loved watching the sunset! We had an issue with the water heater and the owner, John, got right back to us and fixed the problem. Would definitely rent this house again!

Flagstaff Gem!!!

Our family struck gold with this Flagstaff VRBO. GREAT location, plenty of space, beautiful generous back porch to sit back while the kids played and we relaxed. We had fun, family competition with the pickleball court!! And enjoyed relaxing in the sauna in the evening. Great vacation!!!

Wonderful ranch vacation

The ranch is spacious and well supplied with anything u need. Elk or moose came close to the deck one evening! Smart TV wifi was intermittent and having enough hot water for everyone's showers were issues but did not ruin the visit.

Perfect in every way! We had guests from 1-83 and everyone approved of the accommodation the huge deck was perfect. Lots of towels and comfy beds!! Loved the back mountain for walks and hikes. We will be back.

Everything about our stay was GREAT!

This is one of the best properties we have stayed at! Everything about it was great - the house was very clean when we arrived, kitchen is well stocked, plenty of room for everyone, lots of activities for kids and adults, and great location. Everyone enjoyed this cabin and the wonderful views. The check in and check out process was very simple and John (host) was very accommodating. We spent a lot of time playing games inside, hanging out on the deck and hiking the beautiful trails just outside the cabin. The kids had a blast playing pool, pickleball and basketball.I would definitely recommend this cabin to other large groups. It was perfect!

Great location

The home was beautiful and worked well for our family. There was plenty of space and we appreciated the big kitchen for meal prep and the big table that we could all sit together at. The rec rooms were a lot of fun but we spent the most time on the patio. It was huge, had wonderful views and had enough space to all eat together outside or just sit and enjoy the cooler weather.

Great house

We had a group of 8+ people. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. The property backs up to a national forest and makes it feel very private. Plenty of entertainment if you enjoy basketball/darts/pool. Only 15-20 mins away from downtown. Highly recommend.

Wonderful family weekend getaway

We took our family and grandchildren to spend the extended weekend together enjoying the cooler weather in the mountains. This home allowed us the comfortable space to enjoy ourselves and play games together in the spacious home for board games and in the warehouse to play Pickle ball, ping pong, other outdoor games as well. This was a great place to let the grandchildren run and play as well. There is hiking and just a beautiful out door walk as well. Owner was very responsive with initial questions. Highly recommend this beautiful home. We will stay again.

Spring Break in Flagstaff

We met some friends in Flagstaff and used Sunset Ranch as our home base while visiting the Grand Canyon. There were 11 (4 adults and 7 kids) in our group. The house was so spacious and fun for our group. The house was very clean with excellent communication from the host. It was also the best stocked rental we have ever had. I highly recommend!

The FUN House

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Kitchen was awesome. Big !!! Having the grill right out side the door was great. Huge deck. Tons of fun activities. Got hooked on pickle ball for sure. Saw deer at dusk and stars galore at night. We all agreed we picked the best house ever.

Sunset Ranch Stay

This house was perfect for my large group to get away! It was very vice. When it's windy, in the downstairs area, the wind howls through the windows but the heat works great. The property manager was nice and always answered my questions quickly when making the reservation. We all loved the rec room area. It was pretty cool. The beds were all also very comfortable!

Amazing house with everything!

I stayed at the Sunset Ranch with family and we loved the house and had a fantastic time! We picked the location because we could do a day trip to the Grand Canyon and another day trip to Sonoma, but we probably had the most fun at the house, which was equipped with everything--a beautiful and spacious kitchen and sitting area, large back porch and front fire pit with great views, and two whole buildings filled with games! The host was very responsive, and accommodated our early check in. I picked the house out on VRBO and my family keeps telling me that I will need to be in charge of all our future accommodations as well :)

AMAZING

From start to finish, this was one of the best vacation rentals we have ever had! The home is well maintained and well stocked! Just stop for groceries on the way in and you will be all set to rest, relax and have fun all week!! The host was amazing with communication and check-in was a breeze. Flagstaff is also a great jumping point for day trips. We were able to go snow tubing, snowboarding (DO NOT BOTHER WITH SNOWBOWL- they are TERRIBLE), Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Would absolutley stay here again!!

Wonderful Stay!

My friends are I were in town for my 40th birthday and chose Flagstaff as it centrally located between GCNP and PNP. We also went to Dinosaur Tracks, Meteor Crater and Sedona. All amazing. The house had plenty of space. Having a garage was helpful as it did hail once for awhile while we were there and it protected the rental cars. Kitchen was well stocked, but bring olive oil and foil if you need to cook! We saw so many birds, several types of hummingbirds and lizards, too. If you need some sleep in a big group, take the bedroom downstairs as noise really carries throughout the house. We saw the Milky Way which was awesome. I would for sure stay there again. Gorgeous neighborhood. There was an apple and peach orchard in the bank yard to boot!
