First, I have to say that I was disappointed from the start. The Hotels.com page for this inn stated that this hotel serves breakfast. I have a screenshot to prove it. We often choose hotels based, in part, on whether they serve breakfast, so that we don’t have to pay an additional amount of money elsewhere for breakfast. When I checked in, the desk clerk told me they don’t serve breakfast. I told him what Hotels.com showed, and he said it was a “marketing ploy.” So, whose? If it’s the hotel’s, they need to stop it. If it’s a Hotels.com error, it needs to be fixed ASAP. We obviously had to pay for breakfast elsewhere. There was no in-room coffee either, and the coffee cups at the front desk were about 3-ounce cups. So, very disappointed. Other that, the bed was wonderful and the room was clean and quiet. It needed some updating—there were no hangers and no towel bar, but the room itself was fine and it was a quiet stay with a very comfortable bed.
When we first arrived our key did not work, but the front desk person fixed it. room was very clean, when we were leaving the lady or the manager was rude
Very bad part of town with a lot of locals with issues. People sleep in tents behind the motel. Lots of people wandering all hours of night. Police regularly watch this place as a lot goes on there.
Walls were in a state of disrepair with outlet covers missing or ripped out of wall. At least one small cockroach was spotted behind the bed. Sink had not been cleaned. Only towel in room was a single hand towel.
Well kept property.
Rooms were showing shoddy repair. I travel w my service animal & was being charged. It clearly states they are free. Coffee worst ever. Staff had to turn on & wait for an industrial machine to make one small cup of awful coffee. Staff friendly. I had to ask not to be put on back side of property. As female travel worker, it was dark, under the stair well, & opening on to two garbage cans. Also loud as highway adjacent.

Liked: Cleanliness
Main lobby has dark/ un-inviting areas which dosnt make a good impression, but the room was good! I always use a uv light to check the sheets when I stay at any hotel and this place passed my inspection. Id stay here again if I can get a good deal.
This would be my very first review. At first I didn't think this place was all that bad.. my girlfriend told me repeatedly not to book here. Me being myself I went on and still booked come to find out they got roaches.. so I tell the front desk and his manager gets on the phone and blames me. Not only that she didn't wanna switch my room but instead told us to check out.. with our kids at 10 in the morning. No refund no nothing just one night of risking roach hitchhikers. Will never stay here again the ceiling fan in bathroom was hanging the blinds was dirty and didn't close completely it smelled like dog in the first room because they put me in a king room when I requested 2 queen so I had to repack all my things after he denied switching the room the first time and called 30 minutes later telling us to leave the room to go to another. Mini fridge had ice cream left in it and barley worked. The ice cream was completely melted and couldn't hook up my Roku and it's a bunch more but I'm nearly out of words so I will just say I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
The most unclean hotel room I've ever stayed in. Room was listed as non-smoking but smelled like smoke, our bed spread had over 10 cigarette burns in it and the comforter had 3 distinct burn holes. The worst part was that the holes did not match--these were bed garments that they had continued to use after being damaged. When we attempted to put on the AC, the whole room immediately smelled like dusty mold.
We booked a two day stay but didn't stay past getting some desperation sleep after arriving at 3 AM. Nowhere else was open, and we'd been driving for over 11 hours. I'm not sure if it was allergies or an actual cold, but I left with all the signs of a sinus infection.
Do not book!!!
This property was absolutely horrible. Upon checking in, there was blood all over the floor next to my bed, which was extremely disturbing and unacceptable. The property also had a serious problem with bedbugs and roaches, and there were people openly hanging around outside day and night who appeared to be using drugs. I did not feel safe or comfortable staying there.
The owners/managers were also extremely difficult to deal with. Before booking, we repeatedly asked them for the total price for three nights, and they quoted us a specific amount. We later discovered that we could have booked the same three nights online for approximately $40 less.
Even worse, on the second day of our stay, they attempted to kick us out, claiming that we had not paid for all three nights. We had specifically asked multiple times about the rate for three nights before staying, so this situation was completely unacceptable and could have easily been avoided with proper communication and record-keeping.
Between the unsanitary conditions, pests, safety concerns, and the way we were treated by management, this was one of the worst property experiences I have ever had. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering staying here look elsewhere.
