"Friendly staff and quiet."

"Everything related to our stay here was great until I needed assistance with additional towels and toilet paper in our room and had to ask the gal working the front desk on the second night we were there. It was a Friday and her nametag said "Manager" which was alarming because she was extremely rude and condescending when I went up there with my 3 kids in tow. Her name is Tracy and again her nametag said "manager." When we walked away, I was visibly frustrated and my daughter noticed and spoke up, not ok that children even noticed her lack of customer service and rudeness. Literally everyone else was wonderful. Just the manager Tracy was very rude and could use some training in customer service. When I mentioned it at check out, none of the amazing staff seemed to be surprised at her behavior. Something should be done about this for sure! I wish I could do more than just write a review so nobody else has to be made to feel like an inconvenience. Thank you."

"Girl at check in was very friendly and went out of her way to accommodate us. Room was very clean. Bed comfy. Really appreciated the ice cream, nacho bar and breakfast. One of the best hotel stays we have had. "

"The hotel was very clean and modern. The happy hour drinks and hors d’oeuvres were excellent! We were there on a Saturday and the hotel was filled with groups of kids. Some of them were having birthday parties and other we’re having sports celebrations. Our room was on the sixth floor well away from the crowds and noise."

"Staff was very friendly, breakfast was tasty. It’s an older property but a good value. They even had free toys and candy for our kids! "

"This was our first stay at this hotel. It more than met all of our expectations with the exception of poor internet connectivity, which we reported to the staff. Apparently this is an off/on issue. We will certainly stay at this hotel again and recommend to others. "
