Overall excellent as expected. A couple power outlets didn’t work but still plenty for what we needed and everything else was fine. Still gave it 5 stars across the board. I always look for a holiday inn express when traveling and will continue to do so!

When we approached the hotel there was a security truck and the guy asked our name and which hotel - he looked official but all I gave was my last name. The hotel was very clean. Chose this as it is next to the doctor's office we needed to go to. Close enough to walk but it was raining too hard to walk. Would stay here again.

Excellent stay, except for one thing… all my clothes and backpack , ziplock pack bags and shoes smell like fragranced Fabrezee like air freshener. It was very problematic when i got home. I literally had to wash my clothes multiple times to get smell out and throw out my trVel bag. People with asthma may have a real problem or skin problems that are prone to irritations from common irritants, Also, besides from the obvious annoyance, time, amd water bill to wash my clothes multiple times, I definitely find it concerning that I was breathing into my lungs fragranced chemicals…chemicals permeated thr sir mind you in high levels enough to require me to wash my clothes 4 times in a row did get the floral Fabreeze like chemical residue off my clothes. Other than that , I love this hotel and have used it for my business trips multiple times. Hopefully, once the corporation receives my letter of concern about this, this air quality concern will be addressed.

Great for our family trip. Easy drive to attractions including grant farm, city museum, arch and zoo. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast. Pool is smaller, there is no hot tub if that is important to you. Nice gym.
