The staff was friendly. The hotel was nice. The only thing is that there was some clumps of hair in the pool which we let the staff know about.

Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. But the motel was run down, turned on the light/exhaust fan was very loud, no telephone to call the front desk, elevators sounded like they needed some maintenance. They are upgrading the outside landscape, but nothing inside. That's all I got.

Great place to stay In the middle of remodeling and it looks great. Only issue was stove half worked and There was No TV remote but they provided us one and we understand about the stove they are working on remodeling Would definitely stay there again

Room was not cleaned when I arrived, found half drank bottles of water with the caps off, makeup on the floor, hair on the floor and the bathroom sink didn’t drain.

This hotel is currently undergoing a remodeling. Our room had recently been remodeled and was very clean and nice. Other parts of the hotel were under remodeling or were very old and dated. Everything seems to be headed in the right direction for this hotel and when they finish the renovations, it should be a very good experience top to bottom.

The property was under construction while I was there. The staff was professional and nice. I understand that construction happens, but perhaps they could have planned it a little batter so that guests were to a construction site on the first floor. The water I was cool in the shower and didn’t really heat up much, and when we turned on the AC unit it waded this loud humming noise the entire time it was on. It was pretty aggravating. But overall the stay was ok and did what it needed to do. The room was clean and well maintained and we appreciate the ability to stay.

It seemed a clean property until we saw several animal feces along the carpet - and they were still there the next morning. We weren't able to check in at 3pm. I guess they are short-staffed, so our room wasn't ready until 4pm...We sat in the dining rooe. The desk clerk indicated were were finally able to get into our room. Well, they said it was finally ready, but when we went to it, the cleaner was still taking care of it. After waiting 15 minutes in the hall, we decided to leave for dinner. When we were able to get into the room, the dishwasher was running, presumably set by the cleaner with a bunch of towels at its base. It was still leaking profusely and wet the carpet as well as a good section of the kitchen laminate. We asked for more towels at the front desk. We inquired about compensation - something off our bill for the inconvenience and leakin dishwasher, but the manager was not on site for the weekend. Needless to say we've heard nothing since. We went to breakfast at 9am - a full hour before it closed, and they were out of eggs and silverware (plastic and otherwise). The room was laid out nicely and it was pretty quiet. Overall we were disappointed though.

It was good other than I got a room with a pull out bed and it was broke so kids had to lay on the other bed and floor just wasn’t comfortable was the whole reason I got a room that big to sleep the amount of people I had properly. But other than that it was ok

Overall the stay was wonderful. The room was clean, but the beds could have been comfortable. There was a dirty wash cloth and hand towel hanging up on the towel rack
