“Very nice, very clean and so cute on the inside, I absolutely would recommend this to anyone looking to stay a night in Kokomo rather than a hotel it’s so much nicer”

“Unique property- never knew how cool downtown Lafayette is. Great restaurants and shops nearby.”

“Cabin had plenty of beds for our needs, that is where the satisfaction stops.. The property was not kept up, it did not appear that the grass or any landscaping has taken place in many weeks, the yard was unusable due to the length of the grass. The listed "Hot Tub" had Green water in it, no telling last time that was serviced. The cabin itself needs a solid overall cleaning, refrigerator did not appear to be cleaned, dust and Lost games parts were under the couch. The cost of what was paid did……

“Our experience with the Key-Lime resort was great!!! My family and myself really enjoyed our stay. We down the street from the Amusement park and close the KOA camp grounds where our family members stay. Very cozy spot, no disturbance at all the host was available when needed. I would recommend this spot to anyone. Would stay again. Shout out to Mike our host!!!”

“We learned about Indiana Beach and Monticello from a Tik Tok account of someone who travels small towns in the midwest. We immediately booked this RV because of its location and because it would be our first time staying in one. Everything was perfect-great communication, cleanliness of property, the area is quiet, water is warm but it is well-so plan accordingly. We loved out stay and really loved Monticello. ”

“Property was nice but the yard was over grown to the point of making it difficult to walk dogs in the yard.”

“This is a lovely home with many qualities. Visitors treat this home with care and help keep it beautiful as the owner does for guests. :)”

“We drove all the way from Florida to visit our daughter in Kokomo during December, and what a memorable trip it turned out to be—right in the middle of a major snowstorm that made headlines! Despite the wild weather, this rental was an absolute lifesaver and exceeded our expectations in every way.The host had excellent communication from start to finish, responding quickly and making us feel welcome. They were kind enough to approve our three dogs, which meant the world to us for a family visit.……

“This property was immaculate on the inside. The screened in porch was a nice way to start the morning with coffee and a pastry. The kitchen had everything we needed. The towels and linens were thirsty and soft, respectively. The outdoor fire pit was a necessity we needed for our party to share time together around the fire. Chairs were provided and some wood. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Sharon was very responsive to us and so polite. Awesome property.”

“This guy is very well spoken and is very helpful. He made my family’s stay great. I am very impressed with the place and the location. Wow what a view to wake up to. Thank you again”
