Apartment gets a bit noisy during the day and until cafe downstairs is closed. We were able to walk to all the major sights, and there were great restaurants, shops, and cafes just around the corner. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city.The property itself was spotless and well cared for. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the amenities were just what we needed. The home is charming, very clean, and in a fantastic location between the Duomo and Political Center - right in the heart of it all! Communication was exceptional before and during our visit. Ardita met us at the house to check in and provided local recommendations. She also helped arrange for an early morning taxi to the airport. We had the amazing opportunity to stay at Condotta House in May 2024\. Ardita, our host, not only met us when we arrived, she communicated with our driver when he was lost, personally introduced us to each room in the apartment when we finally arrived, and even helped arrange our taxi's when it was time to depart!! The location was perfect for walking to every location in the heart of Florence. One very special feature was a bedside lamp that included wireless charging for our phones - next to each bed in the apartment!! We enjoyed every moment of our stay and highly recommend.
