    ​Located on the ground floor of a historic building, the apartment features thick stone walls that keep it naturally cool and refreshing, even during the hottest summer days.
    ​To ensure your absolute comfort, we have also equipped the space with air conditioning and fans to suit every preference.

    ​⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE: To respect our building’s community regulations, the air conditioning must be turned off at night (from 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM) to prevent noise in the courtyard. Thanks to the natural insulation and the provided fans, the apartment stays perfectly comfortable through the night!

    AMENITIES & EXTRA SERVICES: As this is a self-catering apartment, we provide an initial starter kit (toilet paper and soap) and one set of towels per guest.
    • If you require additional changes during your stay, extra linens are available upon request for a small fee:
    • Extra towel set: €5 per person
    • Extra bed sheet set: €15 per person

Eine sehr charmante Wohnung, genug Platz für mehrere Personen, eine sehr schöne Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist im florentinischen Still eingerichtet und stimmt sehr gut auf die Stadt ein.Ein bisschen zu teuer fand ich, aber andererseits ist es fast direkt in der Altstadt - alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar.Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Nous avons eu un séjour magnifique. Nous sommes venus pour admirer une nouvelle fois les merveilles artistiques de Florence. Après des visites intenses c’était un grand plaisir de retrouver l’appartement de Rosy, si calme et accueillant. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous avec tout ce que nous pouvions désirer,de bons lits, un matériel de cuisine complet pour cuisiner le soir ( magasin Carrefour à 2 pas et le merveilleux marché central à proximité pour profiter des bons produits locaux). Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir profité suffisamment de la délicieuse courette avec ses plantes vertes , la nuit tombant tôt en ce mois de mars. Nous sommes deux octogénaires parisiens qui souhaiteraient profiter à nouveau de cet agréable appartement où nous avons été si bien accueillis par Rosy et Marco.

Great property within walking distance to everything

We had a very comfortable stay. The place was clean and well kept. Also the courtyard was great for a little outside space. It was the perfect set up with one queen bedroom and the other having the 2 twins with one in the loft was perfect for me an my son for a little extra privacy. I would definitely stay again.

Authentic Florentine Stay

Very cozy apartment with all you need to have an enjoyable stay in Florence. The location is very close to the Central market, shops, restaurants, major sites and train station. If you're looking to stay in a convenient Florentine neighborhood, this is the place! I would highly recommend this property. Rosy and Marco were the perfect hosts.

Place was nice and clean and easy to get to all locations from. 3 of us were able to spread out. Nice to have the little court yard as we were there during a heat wave.

Clean and adequate

We found this property to be very clean. The beds were comfortable. Good location and excellent check in and communication from the host. Did find it a bit crowded with 3 adults and 1 teenager. The courtyard was great when the weather allowed us to be out there. Kitchen was not very well equipped but we were enjoying the many excellent restaurants near by.
