The location was great — such a cute apartment! The communication was excellent. One night, when we came back at 11:30 p.m., I realized I had forgotten the keys inside the apartment. I texted the concierge, and someone replied immediately, promising to send someone with a spare set. Percy arrived with the keys before midnight.

Great property within easy walking distance to everything we needed (tours, restaurants, shopping, etc.). The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, the AC units did not generate much cooling but it was comfortable enough for sleeping.

Lovely 1 bedroom apartment in Florence

This is a lovely 1 bedroom apartment just off the Piazza Santa Croce in Florence’s historic center. There’s a full kitchen, 1-1/2 baths, and a living room. We enjoyed the convenience and comfort of this place. Highly recommend.

Definitely a run down apartment. Hot water didn’t work, things were run down, it was extremely noisy. The concierge that checked us in was amazing!!! But the apartment left a lot to be desired. Good location though!

Great location

The apartment is clean, nice, and in a great location. The kitchen is missing some important essentials- a cutting board, drying towels, oven mitts, and enough dishes for 5 people. We also ran out of garbage bags. The single pull out was not a full length bed. The street noise at night was quite loud at times, but maybe that’s unavoidable. This place would be better for a couple than a family.

The apartment is small with one bedroom a sofa bed and a cot to sleep 5 people. It’s very nice and updated. We did have an issue with one of the a/c’s not working but it’s wasn’t a big deal. The bed was very comfortable. I would’ve liked the host to spend more time explaining how different things work like the windows, the washer, and to explain the sign by the toilet. Overall it was satisfactory and exactly as described. The location was great and we had no problems. We were comfortable, felt safe, and loved the location. We would recommend this location.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Booked for 5 guest and was given 4 pillows. Found a dirty pillow in the drawer. Asked if we could have another pillow for my son and was told they didn’t have any. Had to put towels and an t-shirt on the dirty pillow. YUK! Asked for blankets as we were cold at night as heating didn’t work. They didnt give blankets either. Said ‘they didn’t have any’. I asked for a partial refund as the amenities were bad and not as advertised on last minute with ‘premium bedding and duvet’ . The front door is hard to open and close, the people upstairs would come home at all hours so noisy. Management terrible to deal with. Fold out bed mattress would come apart and my daughter was sleeping on half a mattress. No mattress protectors on any of the beds. It was awful being cold and told they can’t even provide a blanket for you or a pillow! Poor management. Book elsewhere. Far from train station also.

Pros: great location close to all the attractions. Nice apartment. Cons: was missing the “small things”. No wine glasses (in Tuscany??), only two bath towels for ten days, no dish rag or towel to clean dishes. Only three pillows for an apartment for four. We texted our apartment contact twice with no reply back :(

Mooi appartement op een mooie plek in Florence. Kreeg optijd een berichtje van de eigenaar over de locatie en het inchecken. Bij aankomst waren wij verrast door de mooie plek van dit appartement. Wel werden wij niet erg enthousiast binnengelaten. Ook was een slot bij aankomst kapot en zat er een bruine vlek in een van de dekens. Voorderest was alles zeer netjes. En is het een aanrader om hier heen te gaan. Keuken was mooi, heerlijke douche en bedden waren oke.

Deux adresses différentes entre la réservation et le voucher, qui avait raison impossible de le savoir. Accueil sans plus. Appartement correct mais qui manque de charme, une vraie cafetière devait nous être fournis, nous l'attendons toujours, un comble pour le pays du ristretto. Il y a surement mieux ailleurs.
