### Terrazza Foscolo - Flo Apartments

Just 2 minutes walk from Porta Romana, Terrazza Foscolo is located in one of the most exclusive residential area of Florence, just outside the historic center, in a quiet street, inside a driveway courtyard on the ground floor of a quiet building, and has a private parking, a real advantage for Florence, and a pleasant courtyard.  
With a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room can comfortably accommodate up to three people.  
Located in Oltrarno, in a strategic position just outside the old city walls, in Porta Romana, this lovely apartment, with private courtyard and parking, will give you the opportunity to spend a holiday close to the main attractions of our wonderful Florence, as Ponte Vecchio, just 10 minutes walk and Boboli Garden just 2 minutes, but out of the hustle and bustle of the old town and the main tourist circuits.  
Entering the apartment we are in the large living room, furnished with large glass table and chairs, sofa bed and TV.  
The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster and everything you need to prepare your breakfast lunch and dinner whenever you want.  
From the living room you can access the beautiful double bedroom with wardrobe room and the en suite bathroom with large shower.  
From both rooms you can access through the outdoor area equipped. From the terrace 3 steps lead to the spacious and shaded courtyard with table and chairs and umbrella to relax after a day of sightseeing, sipping a glass of wine, or to dine al fresco on hot summer evenings.  
From the court you have access to the laundry room, with washing machine.

The favorable location makes the apartment ideal for both those traveling by car and for those moving by public transport, both for a couple looking for a romantic nest to return to after a day’s visit, that for those who want to have a foothold to live the nightlife and the surroundings of the city.  
Crossing the Porta Romana, which is just a 2-minute walk away, you will already be immersed in the history of Renaissance Florence.  
This area, the Oltrarno, is in fact an integral part of the historic center of Florence, and includes the famous districts of Santo Spirito and San Frediano, where there are monuments, gardens, museums and monumental buildings unique in the world. Like the Pitti Palace (the sumptuous residence of the 'de Medici family) with its splendid Boboli Gardens, the Basilica of Santo Spirito, the Bardini Garden, together with the workshops of artisans, goldsmiths and restorers.

Terrazza Foscolo is located in a perfect location, accessible by car but at the same time very close to the historic center, within walking distance, and close to an important hub of the city, Porta Romana, which on one side leads to the center and on the other towards the Chianti hills (with its medieval villages and wine roads), and Piazzale Michelangelo, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of Florence and magnificent sunsets over the city.  
The apartment is located in a residential area among the most exclusive of Florence, in a very quiet side street, via Foscolo, 2 minutes walk from Porta Romana, through which you are immersed in the history of Renaissance Florence.  
This area, the Oltrarno, is in fact an integral part of the historic center of Florence, and includes the famous districts of Santo Spirito and San Frediano, where there are monuments, gardens, museums and monumental buildings unique in the world.

In a few minutes drive we are also in Piazzale Michelangelo, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of Florence, and magnificent sunsets over the city.  
From here it is also easy to reach the main routes to visit the Chianti with its delightful villages such as Greve, Impruneta and Gaiole, Siena and its territory, or the beautiful San Gimignano and Volterra.
