La instalación, con todas las comodidades, se desarrolla en dos niveles y tiene capacidad para siete personas. El primer piso se abre a una gran sala de estar con TV y mesa de comedor. There were earplugs provided but it’s not comfortable sleeping with those on. The host was very responsive when I had a question about the garbage. The bins are about a two minute walk. We stayed for three nights and could not have had a better experience. The location was perfect. At most a 15 minute walk from any sight in town and shorter to most. The residence was exactly as suggested in the listing. Very comfortable for our group of 2 couples. Could have easily had 1-2 more guests as well. We added the snack and bike tour options and both were perfect. Martina our bike guide was very knowledgeable and shared great stories about the history and art of the city. The bonus of the stay as you see in the pictures is the view of the Duomo especially at night The only MINOR point to be aware of is that the elevator starts one level up so you do need to carry your luggage upstairs that flight. Truthfully, they are rarely as nice as they appear on the site. This property was even more beautiful than it appeared. It was perfect for our family of 6 adults, too large when it was just two of us, but in all cases very, very comfortable. Our hosts were ever helpful before and during our stay. They are very proud of the property and keep it up to date and clean. The location is wonderful. We stayed for nearly three weeks and were sad to leave. If you go, please know that you will need to be able to comfortably climb three flights of stairs. The apartment is top floor, 94 stairs to the entry. It is served by an elevator that starts about 30 stairs from entry. Honestly, we enjoyed the challenge, but in 10 years, we may be less able. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and has a mixture of new architecture along with many of the original exposed beam ceilings which makes for a fascinating contrast. All the work was extremely well done and everything functions perfectly. In addition, the location is absolutely fabulous as you are within walking distance to more or less everything in town. You're surrounded by great restaurants and attractions right outside your door. I highly recommend this place and Andrea was fantastic to work with and very responsive ##### David L.
