“My room reeked of mildew, bathroom wasn't clean, mattress was rock hard, staff was rude in person. It says Regency Inn & Suites but feels like this hotel lost its affiliation with the major chain but kept the name. Nothing about this hotel says "Business Traveler" or "Family Hotel". It feels like this hotel should charge hourly vice nightly. Do not recommend.”
