“Vi fik en meget fin modtagelse, da jeg er Handicappet, fik vi anvist et værelse på 2 sal, hvor der var elevator, alt var så rent, morgenmaden var virkelig god, der var alt hvad man kunne ønske sig, en ægkoger, så man fik et varmt og blødkogt æg, samtidig kunne man, når køkkenet var lukket, selv gå i baren og tage hvad man skulle have brug for, og skrive det på det på en liste og afregne ved afrejse. Alt i alt et dejligt sted, vil gerne komme igen.”

“The staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful from the moment of our arrival. They showed us how to walk to get good views of the Rosengarten peaks for the alpinglow at sunset. Breakfast was great, and the staff offered help finding items we might be looking for. Good music in the bar, nice atmosphere. Beautiful views, well worth the twisty drive up from Bolsano, and great value compared to any other lodgings in Bolsano. A great find-I recommend it highly!”

“Our experience at Hotel Steiner was unfortunately very disappointing. One of the main reasons we specifically chose this hotel was air conditioning, yet it did not work properly for a significant portion of our stay. Whenever we contacted the staff with a question or problem, they seemed unsure how to help and the response was almost always, “We will call you back.” To their credit, they usually did call back, but unfortunately the follow-up rarely provided an actual solution or a clear answer……

“Neues Konzept ohne viel echten Kontakt. Wir waren davor in einem familiengeführten Hotel, wo wir vom Chef an der Rezeption begrüßt wurden, der sich Zeit für all unsere Fragen nahm. Hier empfängt einen eine mäßig freundliche Frau ohne Namen, die die ganze Zeit ins Handy starrt und einigermaßen Englisch und Deutsch spricht. Ihre ersten Worte waren, ich habe Ihnen gerade eine WhatsApp mit dem Zimmercode geschickt. Sie hat dann ihren Standard-Vortrag abgespult, was man beachten muss (kein……

“I don’t think the pictures here do the hotel justice. We spent nights on the balcony enjoying the view over the vines and valley. Staff are friendly and present. Pool is good size and more sunbeds available to use on terrace. The sunbeds could do with updating (quite uncomfortable). The small kitchen unit in the room was handy if you choose to self cater. I would have loved more luxurious towels and pool towels too. Minor criticisms though for a super hotel. There’s some super restaurants……

“アクセスが最高によかった。どこに行くのも近くて便利。フロントスタッフが非常に優しく丁寧だった。ドライヤーの不具合もすぐに対応してくれた。ルフトハンザ航空からの乗り換え便が3時間の遅延でホテルの到着が夜中の12時を過ぎてしまっていたが、フロントの方が待っていて下さっていた。レストランもサービスがよく、とても快適に過ごせた。いわゆるプチホテルのようなこぢんまりとしたホテルで、アットホームで良かった。”
