“I don’t think the pictures here do the hotel justice. We spent nights on the balcony enjoying the view over the vines and valley. Staff are friendly and present. Pool is good size and more sunbeds available to use on terrace. The sunbeds could do with updating (quite uncomfortable). The small kitchen unit in the room was handy if you choose to self cater. I would have loved more luxurious towels and pool towels too. Minor criticisms though for a super hotel. There’s some super restaurants……

“房間很大且整潔，早餐豐富，服務態度很好。酒店的spa十分好。位置適合自駕遊。”

“Our experience at Hotel Steiner was unfortunately very disappointing. One of the main reasons we specifically chose this hotel was air conditioning, yet it did not work properly for a significant portion of our stay. Whenever we contacted the staff with a question or problem, they seemed unsure how to help and the response was almost always, “We will call you back.” To their credit, they usually did call back, but unfortunately the follow-up rarely provided an actual solution or a clear answer……

“Beautiful hotel. Stunning location. Great pool area lovely terrace for breakfast. Staff were attentive especially Leonie on reception who was very patient with our poor German. She gave lots of useful information and directed when we needed help”

“Idyllisch und familiär gelegen, nahe Bus-und Bahnhof, wovon man in 20-30 min bequem nach Meran oder Bozen kommt. Schöne Zimmer mit Standardausstattung. Frühstück mit guter Auswahl und sehr hochwertigen und frischen Zutaten, sowohl drinnen als auch draußen auf der Terrasse möglich. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nichts zu bemängeln, gerne wieder!”

“Stayed twice during the trip in and out of Dolomites...repeatedly excellent stay!”

“Wonderful stay and an amazing breakfast buffet! The Host was so nice and welcoming!”

“The food was amazing, the amenities were great and the rooms were super modern, clean and well maintained. We will definitely come back. We traveled with our 2 years old toddler and had a blast. The hotel was very accommodating to all of our needs and it was truly a great time for us.”

“Our stay at Eisenhut was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful. While parking was not onsite, the garage was less than a five-minute walk away. The hotel also provided very clear, helpful instructions to find it. I loved the modern, minimalist design of the hotel. Breakfast was memorable. The quality, presentation, and variety were a daily highlight. It set a high bar for the rest of our trip. Thank you for a……

“Modern hotel located very close to the pedestrian historical centre. Modern hotel with chic, modern appointments. Rooftop bar at night was an added bonus. While parking is not free, its location is great. We had an EV rental and the front desk helped us with getting the charger started which was very appreciated. Professional staff throughout the hotel. Would stay there again.”

“There were three people of us and we stayed at Ideal Park for one week. The double room was great but the single room is rather too small. The free Wifi connection is a plus with great variety of breakfast and dinner that us to change the menu everyday. Receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. There was a supermarket and nice icrecream shop nearby. Direct bus to the city of Bolzano was also convenient, Overall, we liked the hotel and would definitely choose to come back next time.”
