There is plenty of parking and the staff are really helpful and spoke good English, and the rooms clean and very functional (although the Wifi wasn't massively reliable). “Lovely hotel for our week long stay exploring the area. Staff were friendly, welcoming and informative. We made great use of the Sud Tirol Pass that allowed free travel on cable cars (also on buses and trains but we had a car). Breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of homemade items and local apple juice. The homemade ice cream was sampled a lot. Local beers and wines in the bar - everything felt as if it was zero food miles, which we love. The pool and garden are immaculate. We can’t wait to……

“I don’t think the pictures here do the hotel justice. We spent nights on the balcony enjoying the view over the vines and valley. Staff are friendly and present. Pool is good size and more sunbeds available to use on terrace. The sunbeds could do with updating (quite uncomfortable). The small kitchen unit in the room was handy if you choose to self cater. I would have loved more luxurious towels and pool towels too. Minor criticisms though for a super hotel. There’s some super restaurants……

“Lovely hotel in excellent location, walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping area, museums etc. couple of minutes walk from bus and rail station. Hotel is lovely, huge rooms, clean and comfortable. Our room overlooked the piazza which was busy, but we had no noise so great soundproofing. The pool is across the road so easy to get to, however they have limited sun beds so need to get there earlier. Hotel staff were helpful in guiding how to get to certain places. Staff were very……

“The room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the owner himself is a wonderful person who clearly works very hard. The view was excellent. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant was also very good, with excellent service, quality food, and fair prices. The bed was comfortable, although it made some noise.
