Parking is right outside the door making for a very simple transfer of bags. Motel is well located in town within easy walking distance of shops, clubs, restaurants and green spaces. Museum which is located directly across the road is highly recommended. 5 minute walk to Lake Forbes with walkways on both sides of the water. Despite it's central location the rooms are very quiet and comfortable. We appreciated the larger refrigerator and a microwave. Walking in was hard. The smell of the bathroom hit you first. Bed was clean as was the main room. But the smell of sewage from the bathroom made us leave! The grounds outside were in dis-repair. So bad.
