First we hesitated to book it because there were not many reviews. Later we found put that the hotel just opened two months ago. So glad we did book it! The hotel is brand new, clean, beautifully decorated. Staff is great, very attentive, patient. Definitely a five star in a great Budapest location- many great restaurants and bars in five minute walking distance. Best location for shopping as the West End mall is less than 10 minutes away by walking. Would stay here again for sure.

The hotel and staff were great. We traveled with my daughter and dog, which alone can be hectic but the hotel was accommodating. We came on a weekend trip and the hotel even gave us a few extra hours to keep our bags and items in the room, while we went to the Budapest zoo nearby. It is a small gesture that will be remembered because not everywhere allows dogs and we thought it might make for an issue, especially at a zoo but since the dog stood in the room it was no issue. First, the location is amazing, easy access to all central Budapest sites and dining. The facility is at the very high end of what you would expect from the Four Seasons. Most importantly, the staff also exceeded our highest expectations. Check in was easy, Helen at the front desk was incredibly helpful throughout both of our stays, took a personal interest in making sure not only the hotel but our trip was amazing. At the very top of our list of memorable hotels!

What a beautiful and strategically situated place to stay during our first visit to Budapest! Our 2nd floor balcony room was the perfect base.
