“羅浮宮、地鐵站、商圈步行可達，週邊環境佳、安全性可。無固定清潔需額外付費！ 住宿期間，晚間突發性停電導致不少房客無法入房（電子房卡），房務人員處理緩慢（我們於黑暗的大廳等待超過5hrs，才前來處理），雖用備用鑰匙打開房門，但房客依舊「抹黑住宿」，無任何其他處理及慰問、直到天亮才回覆供電。 希望後續針對緊急情況有好的處置。”

“Clean and decent room for our family of three. Nice and friendly staff. Very convenient location to explore Paris, as Chateau Les Halles Metro station (Exit 1) is just outside the hotel. Numerous dining options in the neighbourhood. Very close to the Westfield Mall.”

“The check in process is a nightmare and we were unable to reach a service staff member to help us get checked in. We did not get to stay in the apartment and the worst experience ever. No help, left out on the side of the street for hours. Eventually had to make other arrangements. The support team did not exist and Expedia is investigating.”

You couldn't ask for a better location, we were steps away from the Louvre and the Opera, and only five minutes from the shopping on St. Honoré. If you love Asian food and boba, you'll be in heaven in this neighborhood. The management team was super communicative and genuinely cared about our experience. “Lovely apartment and a perfect spot for our family of 4 to enjoy all the sights of Paris. Apartment was spacious, beds comfortable and we had everything we needed. Rental agency was very easy to reach and helpful. We had a few questions as we settled in and the rental agency was attentive and ensured we solved all concerns. We will definitely be back!!”

“There was no staff on site at all, We were given combonations to enter from the street and a combonarion to enter the room. The rooms had little which appeared to be sugar ants througout the rooms.”

“Excellent location and the room was clean with the listing description quite accurate. Staff was helpful and available even though they weren’t physically on site. Elevator is very small which was not a problem for us but it could be a problem if you have large luggage or are large in size yourself. But overall would highly recommend this property and this company.”
