Had issues with the housekeeping not cleaning our room properly, the comforter had a huge stain on it, had to request for shampoo/conditioner multiple times, had issues with the breakfast server, she was extremely rude and would not refill breakfast items once they ran out. Had to ask her multiple times. Would never come back!

For the price I expected more. There was blue toothpaste on the walls in the shower as well as hair left over from a previous guest. It was also fairly obvious so it felt like nobody bothered to even clean it. Front desk wasn't super friendly and breakfast was gross. Biscuits were so dry they stuck to my mouth and the sausage was setting in water...I've never seen sausage boiled like that, it was grey and flavorless. Beds weren't all that comfortable and the elevator straight up smelled like burnt rubber and was hot every time you used it. Also, the hotel is fairly large but they only have 2 trollies for luggage? And front desk had no idea where either were. I feel like for what I paid, plus having to pay a $100 deposit, this place was a bit ridiculous. I wouldn't stay here again

This property is very poorly managed. We stayed for 4 nights. Cleaning staff never made the beds and took the dirty towels but never left clean replacement towels. We had to go down to the front desk every day to ask for clean towels. Tv service was out in one of our rooms for the entire stay. Talked to the front desk several times to request assistance but none was offered and no discount was offered. Lastly, Dean at the front desk puts up a sign that says "Staff will return shortly" but he just sits in the reception area watching tv and chatting. Would not recommend this property.

Was traveling with my dog, so I believe that is why I was placed near the end of a hallway next to the exit. People coming and going through that door all night. Door would slam shut each time making loud bang. I didn’t get any sleep all night and had to drive 10 hours the next day. Young desk staff was terrible. Rude and unhelpful.

This was the worst experience of my life and Expedia too for not stepping in and doing the right thing. Where do I begin the front desk clerk and her staff were belligerent to myself, my husband and my teenage daughter. I reserved TWO double beds and they put me in a single bed with pullout, I immediately requested a change and was told I had to contact Expedia which I did immediately and after 45 minutes got no where.there was not any bedding for the pull out so I called and requested some after 30 minutes the facilities man came pounding on our door asking what needed to be fixed after explaining we just needed bedding he said they don’t have that and was completely rude and threatening. When my family decided to leave he harassed us at the front desk while the clerk called us liars. The hotel is absolutely disgusting and dirty and reals of pet urine. The worst customer experience ever.

I like that they accept pets. The room was comfortable but dirty. Toothpaste on wall in bathroom and food on the wall in kitchenette area. I did not like the out door area. It was not clean either. A lot of weeds, dog elimination and food discard. Unfortunately some individuals threw chicken bones in the parking area. My dog got a hold of a chicken bone. If I had not seen him pick it up it would have been a trip to the vet. Really need some work as far as lawn/outdoor maintenance. Thank you.

I was located on the first floor and it was very noisy. the first night there was a fight in the middle of the night in the hallway, and the last night there was partying all night in the adjacent rooms. very loud. Walls were very thin

The staff was great. Property was mediocre. I booked a room for 2 weeks as my youngest had surgery. So needed laundry and elevator and a clean room. Elevator was down untill 2 days before we left. The one dryer in laundry was down the whole time. Asked for carpet in room to be vacuumed it was but vacuumes did not work. The stove only had one burner working. Workout facilities were dirty. Disappointed. But. The staff were very responsive but crappy facility.

Nice facility. Great staff. There is construction going on next door, road is coned off and there is some building noise. The breakfast was good. I Asked for Tabasco / hot sauce for the eggs but they didn’t have any. Then the lady asked if I would like some fresh salsa verde, it was wonderful! Very nice people staffing this hotel.
