No heat. Staff is rude and unacomoidateing as soon as they see your useing expediea. Kimberly had a room ready for my particular situation needing to add another night then When I said I was going to use Expedia she said she had no vacancy to accommodate me that way anymore.

The front desk staff was fine and the outdoor amenities were very nice. But the room is dated. We had a broken glass window and the pool towels were threadbare.

The property terribly needs updated in the rooms. Our room has someone’s used nicotine pouch on the heater. They boxspring for the bed upstairs was broken to the point where if you sat in the bed the mattress would fall over to the side. The vanity in the bathroom was peeling the wood off to where you would touch it you got a sliver. The window would not open. We had to pull on the window to get it to open. The carpet had many stains on it. We did let the staff know and they just said sorry but offered no compensation or anything to help.

The property and hallways are definitely outdated but the grounds are nice and the pool is very nice! Has an arcade room for kids that takes quarters for games. No AC but that isn’t unusual in CO! Just open your windows and circulate the mountain breeze with the provided box fans in the room.

I didn’t realize when booking that this property has no AC. When we arrived it was 86 and was told to use Rocky Mountain AC. So we got fans going which only pushed hot air around. When it finally started to cool off, the smokers headed outside so then our room stunk of cigarettes and pot. My husband went and slept in the car. The property is stuck in the 1990s. Carpet is gross. Do not recommend.

The property is desperately in need of an upgrade. The room, while not dirty, needed lots of repairs and upkeep. I would not stay here again.

Tried to called the property several times since 1pm day of the reservations to let them know that we’ll be checking late. But no one answers. Got to the room It was really small and somewhat clean. The property has no AC and was suggested by staff to open the window for “ Natural” AC. It’s hard to leave the window open since all you can smell is marijuana.

This may have been the filthiest hotel I’ve stayed in. Staff were indifferent about my feedback. At check in, the male Agent at front desk was very eager about getting my credit card number. I told him absolutely not, I already paid this in full and you have my card on file. He said I already paid but it’s required of me to read my card number out loud so he can notify management, it’s not a made up card number. Give me a break here, is it really a requirement of management to read credit card numbers in front of a line of people. Is he going to use my card for something? Seems so. The hotel smelled of urine, marijuana, cigarettes, and the staff said “it is what it is”. Definitely advising others not to stay here.

It was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. Felt like a closet with wall to wall bed. Traffic noise, hallway noise, parking lot noise. NO dining options.

This place is gorgeous on the outside, the rooms are a bit dated but they are very clean and have small kitchenette’s. I have stayed here a few times and the staff is always very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again.
