The floors were not vacuumed, sheets dirty, soap from previous person still in shower: moved to new room carpet was filthy can see where someone threw up and was just wiped up.will not stay again.

The “hot tub” was cold, talking pool temp. The bathroom fan needed replaced it was SO LOUD and squeaky. The people next door were doing drugs, loud all night, cussing and yelling with a barking dog.

I’d pass if you have children or a single woman.
I personally would pass. Too many people hanging out in parking lot. No problems just didn’t feel the safest.

Live in Houston, stayed in Loveland after our flight to Denver and a week in Estes Park. I was very disappointed that a Wyndham property was is such “poor” shape. The chair in our room had all the faux leather rubbed off on the arms and headrest. There is chipped paint everywhere. It is like an old building that has decent “stuff” to make it a Wyndham looking property. Just a little disappointing to choose this chain of hotels because of the name and it be so lacking.

Window open upon arrival to room, loud street traffic, room next to elevator! Very run down. Checked out early, needs updating! Hotel desk staff very nice!

For the price I was very surprised how old and rundown it was. There were limited hotel options in Fort Collins so I understand why they can charge so much, but this is a VERY old very dirty hotel
