They had a policy about how they clean every 3 days!! When we areived, there was food from the previous guests under the bed. The toilet was nasty too. Not once did they clean our room in our 3 day stay. Terrible.

We have stayed at this property for over 7 years and watched the property slowly deteriorate physically and management wise. This time our stay was terrible, our room was dirty, including items from the previous occupants. The bathroom above overflowed their tub and flood their bathroom, and the property mgr. told me to come to the front desk for towels to soak up the water because his staff had departed for the day. The day before there was no room service without explanation. Breakfast was old cereal, and muffins, and they were out of batter for waffles early Saturday morning. The property did nothing to compensate us for our inconveniences. We will not return to this property ever again.

The room we book was advertised as a "mountain view." The view outside of window was of weeds and some trees. There was absolutely no mountains that you could even really see from the property. The room.has a musty smell. The breakfast was terrible. It was advertised as a "hot breakfast." The only thing that was hot was the DIY waffles. Everything else was cold. I wouldn't stay here again.

Comfortable stay and staff were wonderful and eager to help with anything needed. Small things could use some support (comforters, room phones, and window screens. Overall, for a business trip I had everything I could need and enjoyed my stay.

There are a couple different signs for the motel so it is confusing as to where the office is. Not convenient to the hot tub and weight room/laundry. Very convenient to all the shops and “square”.

My wife lost a earring so when we looked behind the tv we found a bloody napkin and a used dusty needle so at checkout we were told to talk to the owner a week later we called back and he said to bad in short term plus it’s a haven for drugs obviously stay clear

Building and rooms have significant deficiencies: 1) Smoke detector is not operable; 2) Room phone is disconnected; 3) Toilet water tank is very loose from base; 4) Window screen is severely damaged; 4) Security is compromised by persons propping open the side exits; 5) "Free" breakfast is poor quality. But, the staff is very friendly and eager to help.

We loved our room, 323. Our 5 year old had his own little corner cubby where the pull out was. He loved it and it was a lot easier to get him to sleep since he was in his own area. The only down fall, breakfast for anyone. 3 types of dry cereal and a waffle maker. Sweet rolls or kid yogurt would have been better, but we just went down the street for breakfast burritos

Great management and staff, clean, very accommodating. If you don’t want to be woke up or disturbed before checkout, use the Do Not Disturb sign because housekeeping will knock on your door early to clean and if you don’t answer right away, they enter anyway.

Mold in bathroom sink. Dirty and worn. Beds were clean. Alarm clock broken. Control Panel in elevator isn't attached. Trim is scuffed and worn around elevator. Looks like trim has been pulled off. Sheer curtains have holes. We stayed in room 306
