"Initially it looks old and run down. Then you get inside your room and it’s clean, spacious and comfortable. Small Fridge, Keurig, and a microwave. Probably the best room I have stayed in over the last 5 years. "
"All I can say is WOW. My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. Comfy beds, extremely clean rooms without even a speck of dust. Front desk staff were so sweet and helpful when we needed a late checkout. I especially want to mention the hotels head of housekeeping, Rachael, who helped us out to make us even more comfortable and who interactions with her staff were so refreshing to hear. She leads a great team! Also thanks to Alyssa at the front desk for the extra blanket. Great stay!"
"I felt bad for the intake staff. You had to make reservations on line, that was not a problem but, then had to show the confirmation # to the short handed staff who were running the diner in front of hotel. Then wait till they served their patrons.

"The host John is excellent and easy to communicate with. The house is old town Saratoga charm that has been renovated, nicely appointed and CLEAN. Amenities in the home are more extensive than your average VRBO such a condiments, multiple types of grills for outdoor cooking and a fantastic espresso machine. Large fenced in yard is perfect for pets or kids. Cozy outdoor fireplace and seating. Downtown restaurants are a couple minute walk. If you fish, wader up at the house you’ll be casting to trout in less time than it takes to string your rod and tie on a couple of flies. Highly recommend. "

"Excellent location. Plenty of room for me, the wife, kids, and pet friendly. Well within walking distance of local shops. Only 10 minutes from Rim Lake with some amazing fishing for the family. Han was very accommodating, and quite to respond with any questions."

"The property modern and nice. The showers were dirty and the shower curtain was moldy. The oven was not clean. Dust bunnies under the bed. Toaster was broken & the blender had no lid. The microwave and fridge were dirty. Windows had hand prints on them. Property manager needs to check on cleaning. "
