I went on my college spring break to Fort Lauderdale and stayed at the Bayview Regency Apartments. For the price that it was, I was not expecting it to be as amazing spacious clean and greatly located as it was. I 100% recommend this place to anyone!

The room was good. Our bedroom door didn’t lock and most of the TVs couldn’t connect to the internet of the property. The outside was ok and there was construction during our visit.

The room was good. Clean. The kitchen was adequate. The sofa and bed were comfortable. AC was good. TV options (Roku) were good. WiFi was a bit spotty. Bathrooms were older but clean. Remote fans and lights were OK, but it seems that other controllers affected them. The light and fan would randomly turn on/off. I stayed in Apartment 1 - it is next to the (commercial) laundry, so could be a bit noisy.

Friendly staff, pool and room are uglier compared to promoted pictures, from day one toilet was clogged and they took their time to fix it at next day, we requested to clean that mess in the bathroom and it never happened. Communication with hosts seemed like it was a bot with default answers.

The property was fine for the price. The pool was cloudy and looked a little dirty. It looked like they kind of remodeled the 3 bedrooms but cut corners. There was nowhere in the bathroom to store your toiletries. The one bed had hair on the sheets, and the bed linens could be updated. Also, the blinds in the bedrooms were kind of broken and the curtains were not wide enough to cover the whole window.
