Super Cute, Great Location
We came with the idea of decompressing for a few days and this was the perfect place to do just that. Walk to everything; beautiful beaches, diverse food and restaurant choices, local convenience store, liquor, etc. We made a single Uber trip Publix and that was it. Notice: Bring a sleep mask to cover your eyes. The lights in the courtyard bring lots of light into the small studio, and do not turn off until 2:00am.

Love Hollywood Beach!
Small but efficient with everything you need for a beach vacation. You can walk to the heart of the Boardwalk in less than 2 minutes--it is CLOSE! The courtyard is awesome with privacy from the street so you can lounge outside. Will definitely stay here again!

Steps away from the beach
Incredibly clean, had everything we needed, and you’re steps away from the beach. It was spring break so it was a little busy but once we stepped in our unit you couldn’t hear anything but the hum of the air conditioning (which was fabulous). Would stay here again.

It is just a step from the water and all the action! This is a nice location if the beach is where you want to be! Make sure if you rent a car make it a small one because parking is tight!!

Great studio apartment
Our studio apartment was perfect for the 2 of us. It was clean, in a good area, and the location to the beach could not be better. The courtyard within the apartments is a relaxing area to sit and relax. Ephram is very responsive and communicates back very quickly if you have any questions or needs. Thank you, Ephram, for our vacation place. We would definitely stay here again.

Great beach stay
This was a great little spot for a beach getaway for 2. It is a small unit but had everything we needed. The best part was the location. So close to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. I would stay here again.

It Was Okay
Pros-My property manager was really good. Answered most all questions very fast! Hollywood Beach and the Boardwalk was great. Cons-Pic on VRBO was not our unit. The unit was okay but was expecting a different one. It’s located closer to the intercostal than the beach. Not terrible, however, it’s a little walk. Not gonna lie, the pot smokers on day one was disappointing. We wanted to sit in the courtyard and couldn’t because of the other guest. They, thankfully moved on. The door to the unit was a full window door with privacy sheeting on it. There are lanterns in the courtyard and our unit was as bright as day until 4am. We got smart and hung a towel from the inside and it helped slightly. Still annoying! There was a suite door to the other unit. A hollow door with a large gap by the floor allowed us being entertained by the two guys in there. And snoring all night was, again, annoying. My husband took one of his shirts and shoved it under the door but it really didn’t help. Why not put a solid door in??? It would have been nice to have an office nearby or on property to ask questions or inquire about the area. I didn’t realize dogs were allowed and the dog that lunged at me without my knowledge almost gave me a heart attack! The barking was annoying. We only stayed 4nts so we tolerated the mishaps. We enjoyed the beach and bars and restaurants.. We will return to Hollywood and scouted out other places to try next time.

Steps away from the beach
Had a wonderful stay! Communication was seamless. Only thing I would suggest is if you’re planning on parking your car to make arrangements before hand with the owner . Otherwise we’re going to be looking for parking and probably paying much more. The location was excellent less than a minute away from the beach. Would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend.

Good location
We stayed for 4 days. The location is great. I'll quiet side street straight across from a small convenience store. Margaritaville is one block away and these are very short blocks. Location to the ocean and sound (water taxi to Fort Lauderdale and restaurants) are great! was clean and well-kept. We will check for another opening here next time we go to Florida

Beautiful location and awesome space. The location is convenient and steps from the beach. Ephram was great with communication and he made my stay really enjoyable. It's also great that Ephram provides beach towels and a beach chair. I would most definitely stay here again!

Very impressed! This was a quick solo trip to relax and recharge and that is exactly what I did. Half a block from the beach, restaurants and shops. Everything was clean and check-in was super easy. Everything needed within walking distance, no car needed. Will be back.

Close to everything!
This spot is perfect for 2 people to getaway and have access to everything they need on the beach and broadwalk. Restaurants, bars, parks, etc. The bed is super comfy and the room was so cute . My friend and I stayed for 5 nights and had a great experience!
