What I’d like about the property was the staff at the pool and especially at the bar in the restaurant. All three days, Sarha was upbeat, pleasant, and the staff and the restaurant works exceptional. Each day our room was cleaned and serviced with towels.

We loved everything about the property from the time we arrived in the pouring rain and our luggage was happily held, to the text when our room was ready, to the beautiful clean spacious suite we enjoyed……the bartender in the restaurant downstairs was helpful and accommodating. And the adorable breakfast spots right in the backyard were spot on! Archibaulds was amazing!

Mostly, I had a great stay at the Atlantic Hotel and Spa. The beds could certainly have been softer and the pillows more full for a boutique hotel. However, my biggest complaint came down to the processes for a fire evacuation that my companion and I had to experience. We climbed down the stairs from the tenth floor (as expected during a fire event), however, when we reached the emergency exit out of the building, a giant patio couch was blocking our way. My friend and I had to shove it to the side to allow ourselves and others to exit. When we stepped out of the emergency exit, there was no warning that the step out was a drop down and there were no hotel staff at the door or anywhere around to guide myself and others as to where we needed to go. In fact, we didn't find any staff until we walked all the way around the building and found a group of our fellow hotel guests waiting in the valet area. No one was serving as a point of contact as we watched firefighters go in and out of the building and the only indication that it was safe to return was a woman in a blazer giving the crowd a thumbs up before moving on. I feel like the emergency protocol at this hotel has to be updated. I did inform the front desk of the obstacle blocking the emergency exit we encountered.

We stayed for a week in an ocean front studio. The room was in excellent shape. The front desk staff was very welcoming at check-in and for the entire stay. In fact all employees were very polite and professional. No parking options except $45 per day for valet but the valet employees were just as courteous. Some guests staying in a room beside us checked in and were pretty loud with music and we could hear their loud conversations through the wall. We notified the front desk. Apparently they contacted the guests and had security go up as well to talk to them. The problem was completely resolved very quickly. Housekeeping even washed our dishes for us while we were out! Overall an excellent experience and we would go back.
