Definitely not a 5star
So I want people to know what that we stayed here for 2 weeks during March /April 2024 and would Like to say that this house is definitely not a 5star we did have some issues when we checked in. The kitchen sink was clogged which I understand and things happen however I feel that this was unacceptable as I’m sure the owner knew that the sink was clogged, also a little upsettting as we are on vacation and needed to wait for the plumber to come etc. I also wasn’t impressed with the issues with the pool we did have to call 3 times while we were there to have them come and fix the pool as it was turning green etc, the communication with homeowner was fine she was quick to respond but probably because of the other issues that we had. The neighborhood was a little sus as well,there were no issues however the neighborhood was not that great. And maybe that’s the case of staying in Fort Myers. The yard is fenced so that wasn’t an issue. We did however find a smell to the house as well and probably is due to the old furniture in the home the beds were terrible and the second bedroom did smell as well. My husband also found dead cockroaches under the kitchen sink which totally threw a screw into our vacation as well. The home owner did come and clean but that was not the point. Even after myself cleaning the house with javex and gloves Over all we were hugely disappointed and will not stay again and please be aware of that this house is definitely not a 5 star.

The house was very nice. A bit on the dark side for me, but that's FL. Great place for kids with lots of games etc. The pool was nice, but didn't seem as clean as it could be. Also, I had hoped the beaches could have been closer. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and was happy with the great communication with Chastity!! Thanks for a nice experience.

Fort Myers Palms
We rented this home for the month of February. The owners of the home were wonderful to work with, they were very responsive and took care of any needs during our stay. We had family members that came and went for week long visits while we were there. There are multiple seating areas inside and out by the pool for people to break out. The pool was a big hit, which is set up very nicely. The home is tidy and clean. The neighborhood has sidewalks throughout with a park for the kiddos nearby, as well as many nice and kept up homes. The home is also close to many of the places we enjoy; downtown Fort Myers, Fort Myers beach, Cape Coral, and Sanibel and Captiva. Anything you could possibly need is nearby. Clean and Comfortable
The house is clean, which is a high priority for us. The kitchen is well equipped and has a good-sized dining table. We enjoyed sitting out by the pool, though we didn't have swimming weather. The beds were very comfortable and the location was convenient. Chastity was very responsive throughout the process. All in all it was a great stay.
