Awful check in, the employee charged my for incidentals, over 750$, I believe racially, he was somebody that would change my thoughts to staying at the hotel ever again and I’ve stayed a more then 4 times over the last 4 years. Disappointed in how I was treated, they need to do better with greeting people when flying in or checking in.

The location of the hotel is nice and located in a beautiful location. It is only 15-20 mon to South Beach from the hotel. The room itself is not in grade condition. We have got a room on 27th floor with two double beds. The pillow case and bed sheet on one of the bed was with dark red spots (looked like a drops of blood). The bathroom was OK with an exception to a sink faucet which was very hard to turn, the bathtub drain was clogged and main faucet in the bathroom was coming out of the wall every time you touch it. The two chairs on the balcony were dirty and covered with cigarette ash.
