With the very low rate, ya gotta allow for... "stuff." The motel is older, basic, & the guests are what you'd expect. That being said, our unit was roomy, did not smell, had a good sized round table with two arm chairs, & the sheets and towels were clean. The coffee maker, microwave, & A/C unit, however were grimy & could've all used cleaning.
The motel is conveniently located around the corner from a street full of fast & casual food options, so that was helpful. The (long-stay?) guests were pretty quiet & kept to themselves, but a couple were hanging out behind a bush (drinking, I believe), which made it a tad unnerving taking our dog out. Still, there were not any "encounters," but I am glad I was there with my husband.
All in all, an ok stay - esp given the very low price.
