We liked stuff service was excellent We didn't like about the room was dusty so we had to wipe to use table and around the sink.. Except of that it was great!!

Great if you have a family of kids. Water park is amazing. Had to call front desk a few times to request towels. Bathroom shower had empty shower dispensers, the shower head also was oddly low. No iron in rooms. Everything else was nice even the buffet.

AMAZING. Get the big room. You won’t regret it. Lounge access and everything. The only place I would stay except maybe Tsubaki next door but Nikko premium rooms are hard to beat. Everyone was kind and helpful and this would be my first choice every time if I can help it.
