The property is very nice and open. Pool and fitness center looks great, but I did not partake. Inside however the building it is showing its age. Worn carpet in the hallways and main areas particularly stood out to me. The locking entry doors to the various buildings of the hotel are terribly beat up and completely unlocked. I don’t know if they are locked at night and they’re only unlocked during day, but it doesn’t give me a sense of security that anyone coming in the front lobby can walk right into any building on the property. My room looks good but you can see where maintenance is falling down on the job. The shower was not a strong flow - little better than a trickle. Need additional grab bars in the shower - fall risk! The drywall and the ceiling in the bathroom definitely need work, showing their age and poor workmanship. The bathtub needs refinishing. The fixtures are nice though. The entryway ceiling of my room has some water stains on it. But the bed is comfortable, the TV is large, and the ambience is nice. The breakfast options are varied and large portions. Love the cranberry juice. The breakfast burrito was way too large for me. I could barely eat half. I’d also suggest beefing up the options in the snack bar. Don’t take these comments the wrong way – I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, and my suggestions are merely to improve it.
