We specified we were looking for a hotel with a pool. There was no pool. We had to upgrade our room, and if you are looking for quiet this hotel is not the place for you. The lobby is ALWAYS LOUD AND OBNOXIOUS. The room is only as quiet as the number of occupied rooms around yours. You can hear the refrigerator in the next room, the ac units the water 24/7, etc.

"Room was comfortable and clean. We had a room right next to the elevators and the ice machine so it was a bit loud at times, but other than that, it was quiet. Air worked well on a hot 104 day. One thing I would suggest is putting outlets near beds for phone charging."

"Only negative is that the check in spot is on a busy street, but the hotel accommodations and staff are wonderful. The room was so comfortable, clean and bright with a very nice view of the city. Restaurant also was excellent. Highly recommend."
