Perfect vacation

Everything was as advertised. The convenience of staying on the ground level was perfect for simply walking out of your sliding doors to the pool area and avoiding the elevators was so nice. Would definitely stay again.

This was a perfect location for my family. The condo was steps away from the heated pool. The king size bed was very comfortable. We were within walking distance to restaurants, putt putt, and ice cream. Mark provided plenty of beach and pool toys. The included beach chairs and umbrella service were a blessing. The kids also enjoyed using the kayak in the ocean, which was also included with the room for one hour each day.

Great communication

My adult son and his girlfriend stayed here for a week. Mark did a great job communicating everything and they really enjoyed their time. Property was well maintained and had everything they needed. Will definitely rent again!

Fun Place

The amenities are great and it is nice being right next to the pool. Short walk including one flight of stairs or elevator to get to the beach. Mark sent clear instructions on where to park, which elevator to use, etc which made check in very easy!

This place is absolutely beautiful. Everything you need is just a short drive (or walk) away! My kids loved the pool, and the beach! Everyone was so nice. We will definitely be back.

Great location

One bedroom with king bed, queen couch pull out bed and twin loveseat pull out bed. Simple and clean and great location. Washer and dryer were very nice. Take your own laundry soap and keep your clothes clean! Toys were available for us to use left by previous renters. Very happy. We will stay again.

Wonderful

We loved our time here at Waterscape! What an awesome place for kids! Our condo was more than I expected to be. Very clean and had everything we needed! Walking distance to fish market and restaurants, had groceries delivered to condo and worked great. We loved the outdoor patio area and being on ground level. The beach toys was a bonus for our daughter! Highly recommend this place! Thank you Mark for letting us stay.

Loved the easy access to pool and communication from owner

We had a great week, will return next year. The unit was conveniently located near the heated pool, no need to use elevators to get to the pool. Layout of condo was functional, with sofa sleeper and twin size sleeper chair for children. Updated kitchen with new appliances. Waterscape was great for kids of all ages, entertainment and amenities were awesome.

Great week at Waterscape

This was our 2nd year staying in this condo and our 5th year at Waterscape so we are very familiar with the amenities. The condo's location is ideal in the complex as it's close to the upper level pools, grills and it provides a green space for the kids to play while mom and dad have a coffee or cocktail on the porch. Some of the furniture could use an update- the couch is very uncomfortable/ broken down from wear and the decor is a little outdated. But the location and price can't be beat.

Amazing vacation

My 6 year old son and I had an amazing g vacation. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. We loved that the condo was on the same level as one of the pools. It was clean and mark answered all my questions. Great place and a great 7 day stay. The public beach on the bayside was gorgeous and easier there were no big waves.
