Freshly redecorated and good communication.

Lovely freshly painted apartment, and comfortable beds. Host was very proactive and responsive when we reported a few minor issues. Location, pool/beach view, and proximity to elevators/parking was great. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a plus.

Nice place but cleanliness needs improving

The place is very nice, but we found several roaches in the unit. I was also not a fan of the check-in process where there is no possibility for early check in, even if the room has been cleaned.

Good but aging

We have stayed at Waterscape for the past 11 years and unfortunately each year we are saddened at the property being run down. The condo itself was fine, just wish there were some upgrades that waterscape would do to make it look better.

Great overall, but floors need some deep cleaning.

Condo was conveniently located by the parking garage, which made unloading and loading vehicle that much easier! Condo and balcony is very spacious, which is great when traveling with large families. Everything we needed was there! My only complaint is that the floors were filthy upon arrival. I don't mean crumbs or sand, because it was obvious they were swept or vacuumed, but they were DIRTY. Shortly after arriving, my kids of course kicked off their shoes and walked around exploring, which resulted in black feet for anyone walking around barefoot. The grout throughout the co do was black!!!! I know this is a beach condo, so the constant tracking in of sand and other dirt is a struggle to maintain, but a regular steaming or scrubbing of the grout should be happening to prevent this. I refused to walk around barefoot that's how gross the floors were. Other than that, our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The elevator near our condo did go out the last two days, so we got our steps in taking the stairs.

Need children to stay here

We had booked this for my niece and her family who have a three year old and nine month. It would have been perfect if they had come. Without children you are limited to activities. The beach is beautiful but two seniors w/o children here was not what we expected. The condo is little worn but other than that great. The only complaint is the pans had residue on them. After cleaning them and using them, I understand why. Need non stick pans.

Beautiful property, nicely decorated, loved our stay

My family loved our stay at Waterscape, the whole place is gorgeous and my kids had a blast in the water. Our unit was very well decorated, large enough for our party and the kitchen had everything we needed and was very nice. I loved this unit, only have 2 complaints about the condo, our feet were black from walking around on the floor inside within minutes of arriving, thinking the cleaning crew should do a better job with that. Second, the screen door in the living area going out to balcony needs to be replaced, there are some holes in it and looks pretty worn. The major complaint was with Waterscape itself and not the condo... there was maintenance going on right next to us ALL week, the men started at 730 every morning, drilling and yelling, so loud.. with an 18 month old.. there was no sleeping in, and no relaxation all day while out on the balcony because of the loud working and the 10 men standing around on adjacent balconies either staring at the women trying to lay out on their balconies or just bei
