We arrived after 10pm but before 11pm. I was taken back by the check-in kiosk instead of a person. As a technology manager, I thought it was interesting but as a tired traveler I found it to be impersonal and took longer than it should which left me annoyed. The room itself was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It is not a modern hotel which for a small town one shouldn’t expect. I did not use any of the amenities due to our short stay. There was a person in the am that checked us out in a jiffy.
