Upon checking in, the man was okay, kept answering the phone to a lady and kept being rude to her but to me he was okay. It smelt clean and looked clean in the building. the door to my room you had to give it a push, i had to use my shoulder and put weight on it just to open the door. the room looked cleaned, it was heavily Lysoled because i was immediately hit with the smell of lysol but my socks were really dirty, They need to fix the shower head because the water was coming out every, &
the bathroom has mold on the walls and it wasn’t the cleanest .i took photos of it. you can tell they just clean around the room, i moved the mini bookshelf and there was coffee stains on the floor and there was stains on the ceiling. The bathroom had nails poking out at the top of the shower, i have a photo of that as well. the shower/bathtub didn’t have a handle bar in it, i had my 78 grandma with me so it was hard for her. a lot of hotels have them handlebars but this didn’t, and the bathroom door doesn’t lock and was like a yellow smoking color on one side and a white color on the other. The breakfast: nothing there, says on the go breakfast but nothing was available at all. The beds are really hard, turning the heat on it the room had a horrible smell to it. Also it’s not a very accessible hotel, i wouldn’t recommend this place, especially if you are handicapped. the hotel in general has a weird smell. all the front desk staff i spoke to was nice, but i don’t recommend this hotel.
