My room didn't come with free breakfast which I wasn't aware of. So the lady gave us a menu to see and we decided to order and pay for breakfast which was about $10.99 without the beverage. I thought the price was fair for what we got. It was yummy! Room and bathroom could be updated but everything was clean.

The staff was amazing and accommodating. The manger helped us get into a room earlier. I read the check in time wrong. But everyone was so helpful. The housekeepers were amazing. Definitely staying here again if in the FtW area. And the rooms were huge and clean.

Decent, based on the price I was a bit disappointed. The room that we received did not match what I booked and they made it like I was lucky to have that room. Probably won’t stay here again if I go back to visit Texas.

The elevators were noisy and sounded like they needed serious maintenance. It was a little scary. Also, the breakfast was not continental and was overpriced for what was served. It was still hotel food just overpriced and limited.

Check in was at 4pm and I went to check in a 4:30pm and had to get a different room because mine wasn’t clean yet. The room I ended up with was less the value then the one I booked and I wasn’t refunded.
