“No breakfast was offered all though it was clearly mentioned in the booking details that free breakfast buffet was included. We were told that they will fix it and get back to us but nobody contacted at all and when asked again they said that they cant do anything. Also, we came there after a long flight and 9:30 am in the morning woke up with a loud hammer noise and drilling noise. “Won't recommend stay for family specially with kids. Not really a hotel, a managed guest house which seems like being run in a home/residential area. Hotel name not written anywhere and raise suspicion on how hotel is being run. For the high price I paid for the room, it's not worth at all. Only plus being close to the airport.”

“Arrived at the address mentioned in the booking, there was not hotel there. Number in the booking did not answer my calls, luckily the taxi driver called the hotel and he got a reply.

“After I booked the hotel I received an email with check in instructons and a phone number.
I was arriving at 1am so I wanted to verify it wasn’t a problem. I was informed it was a home stay and to call him when we arrived at the airport and that the time was fine.
I called him and had a friend from India that was with us call on his phone. NO ANSWER AFTER MULTIPLE CALLS.
After a long flight I arrive to no hotel at 1 am. I have to have a taxi driver take us to a airport hotel that was open.……
