“It was a long day for us and the first front desk staff could not find my booking so we had to wait there to figure out what's going on. Yet later another girl came and told us she found it after a while. No apology were said by their staff and they had nothing to say. “My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night. It's a four-star hotel, about 7 kilometers from MXP airport, and the price was attractive, but there are no commercial facilities nearby.
