“From the moment we pulled in, we knew we found the perfect place. Steps away from the water, we were pretty much on our own the entire 6 days, except for the red-bellied cooters, cormorants, and other wildlife. The lapping water on the shore made for great sleep. We met the owner on the first day, who shared information about the history and fauna, as well as providing instructions for kayak use.The house had everything we needed, an updated interior, and very clean. “This was one of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed at. Lovely house, very clean, toys and games for the kids to play with indoors and outdoors. We ate every meal we could on the back patio. Peek through the fence and you might see chickens, ducks and rabbits. It was so much fun. 15 minutes to downtown Plymouth historic sites. 10 minutes to Plimouth-Patuxet. Great grocery store just around the corner. It was perfect for our history roadtrip vacation.”

“This was the perfect place to stay for a few days when visiting family locally. House has everything you could need. Quick walk to beach, plenty of space for everyone, and comfy beds too! ”

“Our stay was pleasant. The house is well appointed with most of what you need as far as paper goods, toiletries, and kitchen staples. Location on the river is peaceful and the train heard off on the distance is nice to hear. Furniture was comfortable and the host was very easy to reach and talk to. They are extremely nice and their home was a fun place to stay!”

“If you’re looking for an off the beaten path, rustic kind of vacation look no further. This place has so much rustic country charm you won’t to leave. It’s quiet, it’s peaceful, it’s absolutely beautiful on the lake. The cottage is super cozy, the beds were super comfortable and the lakeside doc/beach is what made it perfect for us (and our dogs).
