1. Country Cottage Set In pretty Suffolk village with 2 local pubs, dog friendly

Lower Ufford

“Potts Cottage has a beautiful setting and the accommodation is exceptional. We both loved the decor, space and how well equipped the cottage is. Everything you could need is provided and everything is high quality and immaculately clean. The terrace was perfect to relax with a drink. Both nearby pubs are great and felt really welcoming. The village trail (provided in the information pack) is well worth walking to explore Ufford. Christina's communications were really great and we felt very……

“We absolutely love Walnut Cottage. It is like a home from home, so cosy and comfortable. The owners and the caretaker are so lovely and helpful. The kitchen has everything we need. We love the fire and the garden and the cottage is beautiful. We always take our dogs and they love it too. Lots of nice walks locally, lots of shops nearby for food shopping and lovely places to visit. The road outside can be busy but inside we don’t notice and the cottage more than makes up for it. We would love……

9. Luxury glamping with hot tub - Valley View Yurt

Sudbury

“This place had some lovely little touches to it, from the trolly cart to ferry our belongings to a receiving a welcome letter from Charlie. We had a lovely couple of days here. Spent time in the hot tub and the evenings by the fire pit after having a lovely BBQ. There were kids in the fields behind paying foot ball in what must have been their back garden which that's perfectly fine but i think the swearing shocked us a little bit. However that said we still had a lovely time. Felt sad……

11. Quirky little Bolt-Hole, bags of character by a Historic Town with lovely walks

Hadleigh

“Very nice quaint cottage everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed very comfy. The only downside for me was the very steep narrow stairs but were manageable. The owner was very nice and helpful lovely breakfast basket left in the kitchen with bacon eggs tomatoes bread butter and milk. A fire made in the grate just needed lighting. I had a very pleasant stay would definitely stay there again.”

“A very cosy, comfortable place to stay to explore the surrounding area. Just a few minutes from beaches, local towns and historic places to explore. Lamb Barn had everything we needed for a week's stay and the owners were very helpful and approachable. As others have mentioned the noise from the road was the negative. Dog friendly with an enclosed garden and super dog bean bag that out wee dog loved.”

15. 3 bedroom accommodation in Sternfield, near Aldeburgh

Sternfield, near Aldeburgh

“Lovely old cottage and we had a great time. There are a few things guests should be aware of. We didn't realise the opening to the bedroom upstairs was only 4 feet 2 height until after booking. We managed but others might not especially if you need to get up in the night- bathroom is downstairs. As 2 guests have to sleep in the annexe 2 keys to the main front door should be provided rather than having to wait for people in main house to get up. Annexe needs a WiFi booster. Plus a small welcome……
