The staff went above and beyond in berthing they did. So friendly and inviting, they even set me up with a Jr suite at the last minute for one extra day! Top notch service. You do not get this kind of service in the states

We arrived at around 2 pm and brunch was being served. We did not have reservations. The staff accommodated us and we waited in the bar with a delicious cocktail while our table was being prepared. Last minute trip to SNN and booked in here. Looks like a recently updated place, reminds me of a boutique hotel. Little artsy touches and aviation theme. Location convenient, room clean and comfortable, and brekkie was delish. What sets it apart is the wonderful staff - friendly, welcoming, delightful all around from front desk to pub to housekeeping - a joy. Recommend highly.

Close to town center. Nice pub food. Wonderful breakfast cold and hot 10€ for us per person.

Reception staff are welcoming and professional, and very helpful. They excel at making you feel they are there to make your stay better: transportation, directions, shopping, sightseeing suggestions, etched. family resort lots of children…. animals in the petting area are not attended to, at a pet level. It made me sad! the property grounds are very pretty. location is a destination but we are out of towners and know nothing about the area. food was ok, again very geared to family stays! We were on our 34th anniversary trip, had slightly different agenda, quite, adult time.

Hotel was a convenient stop when traveling to Shannon airport in am. A half hour ride tops, Staff was friendly and rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was very adequate and restaurant / pub had a friendly atmosphere and good food.

Close to a lot of things. We used it as a base to travel the whole country. Great location
