Very hospitable, friendly, knowledgeable and interactive-no-dull-moments time with inkeepers. Breakfast was so nutritious and so yummmmmy.... Rooms were well maintained and clean.

Nothing Fancy but completely valued for rest, relax and to recoop...

Like how secluded the property is. Needs major fixture upgrades in the bathrooms. Had issues with toilets and shower. The remodel was done poorly in the restrooms. I won’t stay again due to bathroom issues. Toilets are small, fixtures were loose, paint splatter in floors, caulking was mess in both bathrooms.

Not what I expected based on the photos & reviews I read here on Expedia. My room had a very bad odor like mildew,dog pee, and whatever scent they have in the hotel and it was humid so that made it worse and the floor paint in the shower was peeling and the drain looked disgusting and you could also see where they aren’t doing a deep clean. Room 214 needs some serious attention, around the bottom of the shower door was disgusting. I also have a habit of cleaning before I sit on anything and I cleaned the toilet seat and the tissue was BROWN! Which means that toilet seat hadnt been cleaned from the previous guest or multiple guest… The one positive thing I will say is the general manager was very nice I can’t remember his name but he helped me check in & there was a young lady working the night shift that assisted me with getting checked out and refunding me because I did not feel comfortable staying at the hotel & decided to make the 5 hr drive back home in the same day I had just drove out there so if that doesn’t speak to how bad it was I don’t know what else will because not many people will drive 5hrs for an event and afterwards drive right back home because they just couldn’t stay in their hotel. Maybe I just have really high expectations and thought this was going to live up to my expectations but it didn’t by a long shot. But all in all thanks for being understanding and giving me a refund.

I regularly visit is hotel for work! I love the staff! They are so friendly and helpful! I love that this place has a kitchen! Great place close to the hospital.
