Franklin RV Parks 2026

"This supposed to be hotel is terrible it should be an uncleaned unsafe motel. I would recommend no one to ever book this hotel is wouldn't even let my dog stay here. And it has a no refunded policy so that when you book and you see those misleading photos on their website and Expedia website you will think that ita very nice until you arrive a see where you will be staying and say to yourself no I will not stay here and ask for your refund back they get to keep your money as they has done to me with my check in...May 1 to May , 2026. They even refuse to send the refund back thru Expedia. Never again to anyone else RUN 🏃‍♀️!"

"We didn’t eat the breakfast because we slept pretty late, I was very surprised to wake up to a dark room after 10am-the blackout curtains were a tremendous gift….. the bed on the other hand wasn’t very comfortable. My husband and I both woke up hurting so bad from the uncomfortness of the bed….. that was the only downfall… besides the bath faucet being backwards(cold was hot and hot was cold), but that was able to be fixed once we realized it. "

"No breakfast lobby had guest drinking playing cards from 2:00 PM to Midnight Guest were loud and hallway smelled like weed"

"The room was not clean. The second floor smelled awful. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was a very slow stream."

"The hotel accused us over the phone saying that someone called and report weed smells in the hallway, when i went and spoke with the front desk and asked her to check the room before i left so that i could get deposit back she stated “i already confirmed it wasnt you all” and continued to talk about how she wasn’t accusing us with 2 kids of smoking in the rooms. Then proceeded to check us out and confirmed that i would get my deposit when i asked multiple times to go check the room before i left i alway had just moved to that room after having to leave the previous room due to noise and kids running up and down at 12am this hotel is very dishonest "
