“Good Deal”

“We are local but we have an adult daughter living with us so we went to just get away, relax & stay cool while he was on vacation from work. We took our dogs with us and since it was very hot, we would walk the dogs in the yards beside & behind the building and we both smoke cigarettes so we would smoke while out there. I put my cigarette butts in the ashtrays around the building and we cleaned up after the dogs too. One of the times I was coming back in the desk lady told me, "just make sure……

“Clean room, great breakfast.”

“The pool was one of the reasons I booked the hotel. It was closed. It was disappointing. The rooms were clean. Beds were ok. Breakfast was good. The WiFi password they gave me didn’t work.”

“Plain and simple.This is a two or three star hotel at best.Don't expect a lot clean sheets.Scratch your towels, put a good price”

“Room was clean but rest of hotel needs help. Elevator was out of order, waffle maker was out of order.”

“I think this property has a potential to be a three star just by fixing things that are broken like plumbing and air conditioning and grouting. Most important is a more meticulous approach to cleaning the rooms--dusty, sticky, crusty, dingy, and moldy--all not good combinations.”
