“The room was filthy. There was clumps of dirt blowing out of the AC onto the desk, the bathroom counter was covered in stains and the shower head had a layer of grime on it. The building itself was very unkept. Checked out right after checking in.”

“Bar in the bathroom wouldn’t stay up and kept falling off the wall, couldn’t figure out shower and also couldn’t get a hold of anyone at the front desk until the next day so had to do a sponge bath in the sink because it was 32 out and I was in a sweating hot car for about 2 hours. I’m pretty sure I was overcharged, paid $445 when Expedia said it would only be around $390.. I was supposed to stay in one room and by the time I got there it hadn’t even started to be clean, and we got put right……

“The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, buffet breakfast was ok. The hotel is pet friendly but only to a point. If you plan on staying at this hotel you must be with your dogs at all times. They cannot be left unsupervised in the room, so if you plan on exploring Fredricton at all, keep in mind you must bring your dogs with you. What’s the point of having a pet friendly policy if you cannot leave them in the room a couple hours if you go out to eat or shop. I could understand if there……

“Sean was the owners son and he was just great at getting you registered and settled in. He also made a wonderful breakfast in the morning. I would stay there again.”

“IHG hotels are always reliable, and this one was no exception. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and everything was clean and tidy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. However, the soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above. In addition, the air conditioning was quite noisy, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.”
